1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the mega303 platform (including the website, gaming services, and payment systems), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the mega303 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and mega303. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time with appropriate notice to members via the platform or your registered email.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the mega303 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Be a legally valid individual and eligible to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list from any gambling platform.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• Has not had their account previously closed by mega303 due to a terms violation.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account at mega303. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is a serious violation. Mega303 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any accumulated balances or winnings without compensation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Mega303 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mega303 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — The most popular digital wallet in Malaysia
• GrabPay — Grab digital wallet
• Boost — Boost digital wallet by RHB
• ShopeePay — Shopee digital wallet

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. There is no minimum withdrawal amount for winnings earned without a bonus. Withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes to your Malaysian digital wallet or bank account.

Mega303 reserves the right to request additional verification (such as a copy of your identification document) before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold or when suspicious activity is detected on your account. This verification process is in place to protect the security of your account.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Mega303 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and a referral program. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Every bonus comes with a rollover requirements (wagering requirement) that must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per individual / account / IP address / device / bank account number, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Mega303 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse, such as coordinated risk-splitting or opposing-side betting.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirements.
• Mega303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5 Game Rules

The mega303 platform offers a wide range of game categories, including slots, Sports Betting, e-sports, roulette, virtual sports, Live Casino, and lottery. Each category has its own specific rules, which are outlined in the relevant section.

General rules that apply to all games on mega303:

• All game outcomes are generated by an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) system for RNG-based games, or by live dealers and broadcasters for live games.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure on the part of mega303.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay (such as an internet connection disruption), the outcome recorded by the mega303 server shall be deemed the valid result.
• Mega303 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any game if there is evidence of cheating, use of automated software (bots), or any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.

For Sports Betting and e-sports, the odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the valid odds. Any change in odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect your wager.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mega303 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in "arbitrage betting" (arb betting), which involves placing opposing bets to guarantee profit from bonus promotions.
• Transferring funds between different mega303 accounts as a means of abusing the bonus system.
• Submitting falsified identity documents or inaccurate financial information.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the mega303 platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward mega303 staff or other members.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Mega303 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious activity or evidence of fraud.
• Failure to pass identity verification checks within the stipulated timeframe.
• A member's own request to close their account or self-exclude.
• Orders from relevant authorities.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, any valid remaining balance will be returned to you via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If the closure is due to a breach of terms, mega303 reserves the right to withhold the balance and any pending winnings.

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the mega303 support team at support@mega303.top. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

8 Liability Cap

Mega303 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gambling activity.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or factors beyond our control.
• Losses arising from failures of your own equipment, software, or internet connection.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers or game providers.

Mega303's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total funds deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim, excluding any bonuses or promotional credits.

9 Responsible Gaming

Mega303 is committed to responsible gaming and the well-being of our members. We provide the following tools to help members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a daily or weekly loss limit to control how much you can lose.
• Gaming Break: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days if you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel your gaming activity is getting out of control.

10 Amendments to Terms

Members will be notified of any material changes to these Terms & Conditions via their registered email address. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their registered email address remains active and up to date.

In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version of these Terms & Conditions and the original Malay-language version, the Malay version shall prevail.
